1. Membership Overview

The Noir Needle Club is a monthly neuromdulator/tox membership offering exclusive pricing and benefits for DAXXIFY®, Dysport® and Xeomin® treatments. Members pay a recurring monthly fee that deposits into their tox bank.

2. Membership Payments

• Membership fees are billed automatically every 30 days to the card on file.

• Payment must be successfully processed to maintain active membership status.

• All payments are non-refundable.

3. Unit Banking

• Monthly membership payments convert into a bank of tox units.

• Units may be redeemed for DAXXIFY®, Dysport® or Xeomin® at member pricing.

• Banked units roll over as long as the membership remains active.

• Units have no cash value and may not be refunded, transferred, or gifted.

4. Appointment Policies

• Members must schedule treatments in advance.

• Priority booking applies to active members only.

• Cancellations under 24 hours are subject to Salon Noir & Spa’s cancellation policy and may result in forfeiture of that appointment’s units.

5. Membership Cancellation

• Members may cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice.

• Upon cancellation:

• Any remaining banked units must be used within 60 days.

• Unused units after 60 days will expire.

• If a payment is declined and not resolved within 7 days, the membership may be suspended or canceled.

6. Free Services & Perks

• Complimentary services (mini facials, brow services, birthday bonuses, etc.) must be used within the month or quarter they’re issued.

• Perks do not roll over.

7. Pricing & Membership Changes

• Salon Noir & Spa reserves the right to adjust membership pricing, benefits, or program structure with 30 days’ notice.

• Members will be notified via email or text of any changes.

8. Non-Transferability

• Memberships and banked units are for personal use only and cannot be shared, transferred, or redeemed by another individual.

9. Medical Eligibility

• All treatments require a medical assessment to determine candidacy.

• If a member is not medically cleared for tox injections, their membership may be paused (case-by-case).

10. No Refund Policy

• Membership fees, banked units, and unused perks are non-refundable.

• Early cancellations do not qualify for refunds of any kind.
